The course of facial gymnastics

The effectiveness of facial gymnastics is based on compliance with the detailed procedure for training in order to create the desired facial muscles. Experience has shown that spontaneous home exercise without professional guidance and keeping of exact timing does not bring the desired results.

The Pull a Face course consists of:
8 one hour lessons with trainer developing correct techniques of facial exercise and designed to enable client to follow home facial exercise programme
2 one hour follow-up consultations

Courses are individual - the trainer works with one client at a time although if preferred, clients may negotiate to train in a small group (maximum 3 people)

Courses are conducted in either Slovak or English (basic English language skills are sufficient).

NEW - ONLINE COURSE

We offer possibility to attend the course of facial gymnastics online directly from your house. The technical requirements are as follows: Internet connection, web-camera and Skype or Google communication program.
